Don't Break Your Brakes!

The brakes are an understandably important part of your vehicle. After all, you need the brakes to stop your car. However, while everyone knows that their brakes are important, not everyone knows how to take care of them. People assume that if their car stops, their brakes are working just fine, which isn't always true.

So how do you tell if your brakes aren't in peak condition? There are a few different things to look out for. Pressing the brake pedal should be easy. If it is difficult to depress, or if it feels mushy and unresponsive, you should get your brakes checked. Another warning sign is if your car pulls to the side while you brake, instead of going in a straight line. And of course, the most obvious sign your brakes need inspection is if the "brake inspection" light on your dashboard lights up.

If your brakes have been giving you trouble lately, or if you can't remember the last time you had them serviced, schedule an appointment with our service center today. If you take proper care of your brakes, they will take care of you.
